  • Letting GoRealizing that the road to getting what you want is sometimes letting go of the things that are holding you back.  One of the  advantages of having a coach is gaining another set of eyes and ears to help you see where letting go can be the path forward.
  • Sounding Board — Many think that coaches are supposed to have all the answers, but often, you’ve already got a lot of the answers or the knowledge needed to find them, it’s just uncovering them that is the challenge.  A good coach will be a safe place to sound out your thoughts.  Part sounding board  and the other part guide lighting or leading the way when that next step is dark. My goal is to equip you to better handle challenging situations for yourself and help you gain the tools to do that in more and more situations as we work together longer.

When it comes to transformational change, it’s important to stay engaged and not lose sight of the goals — for that reason we recommend at minimum weekly calls, with ongoing  email/chat coaching support throughout the week to reach out when you get stuck or need to check in to talk through how to handle new situations.

 

While going through that change, it’s inevitable that you might get stuck, but having accountability and a safe place to evaluate those places that scare you or hold you back is part of the journey.  If you aren’t meeting at least some resistance, there’s a good chance you aren’t stepping out far enough into your potential.  We’ll figure that out together!
